FAQ for Custom Print and Embroidery Shop

Welcome to our custom print and embroidery shop! Below are answers to some frequently asked questions. If you have any other inquiries, feel free to reach out!


1. What services do you offer?

We specialize in custom apparel printing and embroidery. Our services include:

  • Laser Engraving
  • Screen printing
  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing
  • Embroidery (logos, monograms, etc.)
  • Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) printing
  • Custom promotional products (hats, bags, and more)

2. Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum—so feel free to order just one item for personal use!

We do offer discounts for bulk orders, feel free to reach out!


3. Can I bring my own items for printing or embroidery?

Yes, you can! We can work with your garments or fabrics, provided they are suitable for our printing or embroidery processes. Just contact us to confirm your items are compatible.


4. How do I submit my design?

You can email your design to us when placing and order. We accept most file formats, including .PNG, .JPEG, .AI, .PSD, .PDF, and .EPS. For embroidery, vector files (.AI or .EPS) are preferred for the best quality. *Designs have to be high quality. 


5. What if I don’t have a design yet?

No worries! We offer in-house design services. Simply provide us with your ideas or concepts, and our design team can create something custom for you.


6. What’s the turnaround time for custom orders?

Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days from the date of approval. Embroidery standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the date of approval, due to custom digitizing.  However, rush orders are available for an additional fee if you need your items sooner.


7. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer tiered pricing based on quantity. The more you order, the lower the per-item cost. Contact us for a custom quote on large orders.


8. Can you match specific colors for my print or embroidery?

We do not gurantee color matching, however, we will print to the best of our ability.  For embroidery, we offer a wide selection of thread colors and can match as closely as possible to your desired color.


9. What kind of garments can you print or embroider on?

We can print or embroider on a wide range of garments, including:

  • T-shirts
  • Hoodies
  • Jackets
  • Polo shirts
  • Hats
  • Bags If you don’t see an item listed, contact us, and we’ll see if we can source it for you.

10. Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, we can provide a printed or embroidered sample for approval before processing a bulk order. There may be a small fee for sampling, depending on the complexity of the design.


11. What’s your return or refund policy on custom orders?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t accept returns unless there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of the final product. If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.


12. How should I care for printed or embroidered garments?

For printed garments, wash them inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low to preserve the design. For embroidered items, wash gently on cold and hang dry if possible to maintain the thread's quality and color.


13. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches you.


14. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs will vary based on your location and the size of your order.
